The property can accommodate up to 12 adults, featuring a master bedroom, 5 guest rooms, and 1 kids/nanny room. The master bedroom is an impressive space with high ceilings, magnificent ocean views, a 4-post king size bed, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with rainshower and vanity, and a rock-pool style bath. Each of the bedrooms feature either an ocean or garden view with timber flooring, and minimalist decor. Air-conditioning, flat screen TVs, and a working desk are other features o the bedrooms. The property has a 15 x4 meter swimming pool, situated on the villa’s outdoor garden space overlooking the beautiful coast of Koh Samui. A lounge area, and an alfresco dining area surround the pool, as well as a BBQ pit, and several daybeds facing the breathtaking views. Guests can also celebrate the evenings at the villa’s private nightclub, which features a bar that seats 10 people, and a lounge area that seats a total of 18 people. State of the art surround system, a lighting system, and a DJ booth complete the private nightclub experience all to yourself.

For health and fitness buffs, the villa features a fully-equipped gym, a spa with 2 massage beds, and a steam room. Other features include a media room and game room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private tennis court with 180-degrees ocean views.
