Kalya residence is luxuriously divine sanctuary in the Panacea Retreat collection is where you can kick-back, relax and revitalise, while everything is taken care of. Entering through a roofed gate, a stepping-stone pathway fringed by natural stone walls and overhanging greenery leads to the main living pavilion – running virtually the entire width of the villa. Its soaring, wood-lined, vaulted ceiling with wrap-around glass walls opens onto a dazzling terrace showcasing the magnificent views. With a smiling staff of three taking care of your every need, from your daily drinks and dining to arranging all that Samui has to offer, Kalya Residence is guaranteed to leave you feeling as relaxed, happy and healthy as its beautiful name suggests.

Bedrooms at Kayla Residence

Four en suite double bedrooms are on the lower level, featuring king-size beds and a twin-bedded, spacious built-in wardrobes, bathrooms with double vanity and rain shower, and terrazzo bathtub in the master bedroom. Pale woods and natural finishes and fabrics create a light, comfortable ambience with tasteful occasional chairs and Thai art pieces. Flat-screen TVs and modern AV accessories make each room far more than a place to sleep.

Living Spaces and Outdoor Area at Kalya Residence

At one end, a spacious, comfortable lounge is dominated by a long L-shaped cream sofa and armchairs, set around a coffee table of natural sandstone. Light wood consoles and Thai lamps and artefacts create an inviting place for social gatherings – complete with a large flat-screen smart TV.An impressive pedestal dining table is like a piece of art in the centre, serviced by a state-of-the-art show kitchen with island bar and branded appliances including a built-in wine cooler. To one side of the blue-tiled infinity pool is a swim-up bar with sunken stools – adjoining a sala with dining table and cushioned seating ideal for lazy lunches, enjoying a little respite from the sun or your own private pool party.

• Capacity for 8 adults (4 ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 of which converts to twin beds).  Extra beds available at an additional charge.

• Villa manager; chef; housekeeping and service staff; 24-hour security.  Additional staff (nanny/babysitter, masseuse, yoga instructor) available on request for an extra charge.
• Kalya Residence’s chef is skilled in the preparation of both Thai and Western cuisines.  Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu.  A priced menu of various dishes is available.  Alternatively, groceries are charged at cost plus 30% handling fee which is subject  to 7% government tax.
• Complimentary WiFi in all areas of the villa; mobile phone for guest use.
• Satellite and cable TV; Apple TV; CD/DVD player; iPod docks.
• Kalya Residence is equipped to welcome families with children of all ages.  Amenities include pool toys, high chairs and baby cots.
• Spa treatments selected from a comprehensive menu can be carried out by professional beauty therapists (extra cost applies), by arrangement with the villa manager.
• Complimentary one round-trip airport transfer.  Car and driver hire (additional charge) can be arranged by your villa manager.
• Events for up to 40 guests standing can be arranged at Kalya Residence with prior notice (event fee applies).
• Barbecue; personal safes and fully-stocked mini bar in all bedrooms.
