Baan Yamu is only 30 minutes from Phuket Internaonal Airport and 25 minutes from Phuket town.  Layan, Bang Tao and Surin beaches are 25 minutes away by car as well as golf at Laguna, Blue Canyon, and Mission Hills. 15 minutes to Ao Por Grand Marina, prime locaon at the entrance of Phang Nga Bay for yachng enthusiasts.
