Villa Kavya presents tropical living at its finest with its garden bathrooms and an open-fronted living & dining room. In the living area, a generous L-shaped couch, daybed and a ‘tree-trunk’ coffee table promote social interaction adjacent to the villa’s entrance, guarded by a frangipani tree and distinguished by stepping stones across a welcoming water feature. In the dining area, a square eight-seater table is backed by a wooden breakfast bar and a fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. Positioned off the dining area is the air-conditioned TV room, furnished with a yielding sofa and reclining chair, and equipped with smart audio-visual technology.  

This sleek property sleeps eight guests in three king-sized bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Adjoined by lavish ensuite bathrooms with twin washbasins and walk-in showers, all are comfortably outfitted with air-conditioning and blackout curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep. Of the three, ground-level bedrooms, one sits within its own annex, with a king-size bed facing a recessed window seat overlooking a small, walled courtyard. An opaque glass door from the dressing area opens into a garden bathroom with a rainshower. The twin bedroom has a built-in desk and shelving, floor-to-ceiling windows, a dressing area with ample storage, and a sheltered garden bathroom with an outdoor rainshower upon a timber deck.  The third ground-floor bedroom is linked to the twin bedroom via a terrace that extends to a shaded relaxation area and daybed alongside the lawn, making it the ideal arrangement for a family.
