Bedrooms at Villa Sawarin

Bedrooms
Villa Sawarin’s six guest bedrooms and two master suites are each self-contained havens of privacy with air conditioning, TVs, ensuite bathrooms, spacious wardrobes, safes and sea or garden views. There’s ample flexibility for families and groups, with a choice of twin, queen and king size bed configurations, and two sets of connecting bedrooms.

Master Suites 1 and 2
Found at each end of the main villa’s lower floor, the two ultra-private and ultra-spacious king size master suites are arranged over split levels, with the beds, bathrooms, wardrobes and desks on the upper level and a relaxing sitting area below. Sliding glass doors open to a garden patio for one master suite, while the other has a sea-view balcony; both have seating for two. Lavish ensuite bathrooms feature freestanding terrazzo tubs, double vanity sets and rain showers.

Guest Suites, Orange and Green
Ideal for kids but perfectly fine for adults too, this pair of twin size, sea view guest suites have colourful cushioned alcoves built into the wall, where young guests can nap or read in peace. The beds can be converted to king size if preferred. Ensuite bathrooms have double vanity sets and bathtubs with overhead showers. Behind the bed is a long desk, while glass walls at the front slide open to a balcony. Interior doors connect these rooms to guest suites 3 and 4.

Guest Suites 3 and 4
With each room connected to a “green” or “orange” twin-bedded room, these queen size suites are ideal for parents or caretakers wanting easy access to their kids’ rooms. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer fantastic sea views, but with no balcony they’re opened only to enjoy the tropical breezes. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a rainfall shower and single vanity.

Guest Villa, 2 bedrooms
Found across a reflecting pool to the side of the main building is a separate pavilion housing two bedroom suites. Each suite is identically furnished with a king size bed and a long desk area, with glass doors sliding open to a garden patio furnished with seating for two. In the glass-enclosed ensuite bathroom is a rain shower and single vanity. These rooms are perfect for couples or groups wanting some added privacy.

Living Areas at Villa Sawarin

Indoor living
Villa Sawarin has a generous mix of indoor spaces for lounging, entertaining and keeping active.

The villa’s central entrance foyer is its grandest and most formal space, with comfortable seating arranged under its vaulted ceiling. Adjacent is a living room with light, earthy tones and deep sofas and armchairs offering a cosy escape from the tropical heat. The dining room, with its soft lighting and grand table for 12 makes every meal feel like a special occasion, while the bright, modern guest kitchen and breakfast bar is well equipped.

The media/games room on the lower floor offers table tennis and the villa’s most elaborate TV entertainment unit, plus an inviting L-shaped leather sofa for cosy movie nights. Enjoy a holiday work-out in the gym, fitted with modern equipment, a TV and iPod dock plus sea views for inspiration. Or skip the workout and indulge in a restorative massage in the serene spa room.

Outdoor living
Entertain in style on Villa Sawarin’s wide terrace with its 24-metre lava-rock pool, outdoor sound system and gorgeous bay views. The pool terrace is lined front and back with sunbeds, with a barbecue and 10-seat dining sala to one side. Step down to the chic mezzanine level terrace and relax on sofas set on a platform above a reflecting pool.

The immaculately landscaped tropical gardens stretch down the hillside to the beach, with a portion of the lawn groomed into a putting green. At the top of the garden is an open-air living room with stylish sofas and kitchen facilities perfect for taking in those bay views. A garden path leads to the beachfront boathouse with its glass-enclosed living room, a kitchen and a large deck for early-morning yoga sessions. Take the kayaks and paddleboards out for some coastal exploration, or simply stroll along the sand and watch long-tail fishing boats glide across the bay.
