They made it an unforgettable experience

Puri Asia representative Agung was very helpful. He showed immense while dealing with our rather complex requirements (6 families with kids). Sent timely reminders about airport transfers, food preferences, local sightseeing, and leisure activities prior to travel. But he saved the best for the last! We left an expensive ring the evening prior to our departure from Bali. We realized this folly only at 10 at night when the shop would have been shut and well beyond work hours for Agung. We still tried our luck and called Agung. Agung promptly arranged to send someone to the shop where we "might" have left the ring. The shop manager (very helpful and responsive as well) left no stone unturned to ensure she found the ring (called and enquired with all the staff members that night). The next morning when they realised it was in the shop, Agung arranged for the ring to picked up and dropped off at the airport just in time. He went beyond his call of duty o help us out and something we would never forget. I would highly recommend dealing with Agung and his team to plan your vacation in Bali. They made it an unforgettable experience for us and I am sure they will for you too.
